What You’ll Do and Who You Are
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Administrator utilizing the Sales Force platform to manage and support our software Litify. Litify is a legal case management, calendaring, and docketing solution. The ideal candidate will have experience administering legal technology platforms, with a strong understanding of workflow automation, data integrity, user support, and system optimization. This role is critical in ensuring our legal team operates efficiently and securely within the Litify environment
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Litify system, including user management, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure and optimize case management, calendaring, and docketing workflows to meet organizational needs.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for attorneys, paralegals, and staff using Litify.
- Monitor system performance and implement updates, patches, and integrations as needed.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in line with legal industry standards.
- Report directly to the Senior Director of Administration and Legal Services.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal Services, Legal Operations, and third-party vendors to enhance system functionality and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials for Litify.
- Generate reports and analytics to support case tracking, deadlines, and workload management.
- Stay up to date with Litify product releases and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience administering legal case management or docketing software; Litify experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal workflows, calendaring, and document management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce platform.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data security and confidentiality.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in leveraging emerging AI technologies to enhance legal operations and streamline workflows.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Prior Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience at a civil litigation law firm.
- Experience with legal compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and integration tools.
- Project management experience.
Compensation Package
- The pay range of $120-150,000/year, depending on experience
- Overtime paid at 1.5× the regular hourly rate, as needed

Pay Range
$120,000 - $150,000 USD
