Chief Marketing Officer

Los Altos, CA

We’re building the world’s first marketplace for personal AI — where people don’t just use AI, they become it.

At Uare.ai, founded by Robert LoCascio (former CEO of LivePerson), we’re creating a platform where prosumers and consumers come together — to build, share, and interact with AI versions of themselves. These aren’t chatbots. They’re living digital reflections that express knowledge, creativity, and emotion.

Now we're looking for a CMO who can bring this vision to life through an exceptional prosumer or consumer experience and compelling brand. Someone who blends storytelling, growth strategy, and customer obsession to create something world class.

Job Description:

As CMO, you’ll define how the world understands and engages with Uare.ai and lead a product growth strategy. From launching AI personas to scaling brand presence and driving adoption across customer bases. You’ll own the strategy and execution of our entire marketing engine.

This role is for a strategic, data-driven, and creative marketing leader with experience navigating complex, multi-audience funnels. You’ll work directly with the CEO and executive team to build brand equity, activate user growth, and develop tailored GTM strategies across segments.

  • Define and deeply understand our consumer and prosumer audiences through data analysis and market research
  • Develop and execute high-performance marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid channels

  • Blend storytelling, growth strategy, and customer obsession to create exceptional brand experiences
  • Leverage data science and analytics to inform strategy and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Build and lead a high-performance marketing team across brand, growth, content, lifecycle, PR, and community
  • Drive targeted acquisition strategies for Baby Boomers/Gen X, leveraging both digital and offline tactics
  • Develop demand generation programs tailored to prosumers and enterprise use cases
  • Oversee content strategy, storytelling, and educational campaigns to simplify our deep tech offering
  • Launch and manage performance marketing initiatives with a data-first approach
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to ensure tight alignment
  • Cultivate media relationships and thought leadership around AI, legacy, and future-of-work trends

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consumer or prosumer marketing with a focus on growth and performance
  • Proven track record of running high-performance marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid channels
  • Deep understanding of AI
  • Proven track record scaling customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across complex markets
  • Data science background or strong analytical/statistical skills
  • Experience with segmented marketing, funnel optimization, and messaging strategy
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels (search, paid social, influencer, email, SEO) and field/relationship marketing
  • Strong ability to define and understand target audiences through data analysis and market research
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable growth through ROAS (return on ad spend) and CPA (cost per acquisition) optimization
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent storytelling and brand-building capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment-on—you know how to execute and lead
  • Excellent communication skills with an intuitive grasp of brand voice and narrative

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
