Head of Marketing

Los Altos, CA

You're not just joining a company. You're transforming an industry.

Uare.ai is building the world's first marketplace for Individual AI. This isn't about chatbots or generic tools. We're creating a platform where people turn their knowledge, creativity, and expertise into a living digital version of themselves that the world can interact with. A therapist whose methods help thousands while she sleeps. A business coach whose voice guides clients across time zones. We call it the Human Life Model, and nothing like it has ever existed.

Founded by Robert LoCascio, who spent 28 years building and scaling LivePerson into a publicly traded company that transformed customer communication globally, and backed by Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures, Uare.ai is already moving fast and we're just getting started.

The Role

We're looking for a Head of Marketing who wants to build something historic. Not manage a playbook. Build the category from scratch.

You'll own the entire marketing engine, consumer and professional, brand and performance, paid and organic. This role defines how Individual AI shows up in the world, from the words we use to the stories we tell to the way people feel when they encounter the brand for the first time. You'll work directly with the CEO and executive team, shaping how the world comes to understand what Individual AI means with creative ownership, real resources, and the room to execute at the highest level.

This is the kind of role that defines careers.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full marketing strategy for Uare.ai across consumer and professional verticals
  • Define and own the brand voice, visual identity, and positioning for a category that doesn't exist yet
  • Build the narrative architecture for Individual AI so the world understands what it is, why it matters, and why Uare.ai owns it
  • Drive targeted acquisition for key audiences with a focus on Professionals, Creators and Consumers.
  • Own the PR and communications strategy, from launch press to ongoing earned media, founder positioning, and counter-narrative on AI ethics
  • Orchestrate the hard launch as a coordinated wave across professional content, press, social, events, and paid
  • Set creative direction across every touchpoint: website, ads, social, event materials, prosumer collateral, email. Nothing ships without your fingerprint.
  • Launch and scale high-performance campaigns across paid, organic, and content channels with a relentless focus on ROAS and CPA
  • Build and lead the marketing team across brand, content, PR, lifecycle, and community
  • Partner directly with product, sales, and the CEO to keep strategy and execution tight and fast
  • Define what marketing success looks like for a new category and track it rigorously, not just funnel metrics but brand awareness, share of voice, and message pull-through

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years in consumer or professional marketing experience and leadership, with a track record of building brands, not just optimizing funnels
  • Experience defining positioning and messaging for products that required educating the market, not just capturing existing demand
  • Strong editorial instinct. You know what great copy, great creative, and great storytelling look like, and you can hold a team to that standard.
  • PR fluency. You've built media relationships, managed launch narratives, and handled tough press cycles.
  • Data science mindset with the ability to translate insights into action, not just reports
  • Analytically rigorous, fluent in data, and able to make resource allocation decisions based on what's working
  • Track record of taking a company through a major growth phase, not just managing steady state
  • AI-native. You use AI tools daily as a force multiplier and you know when to trust the output and when to override it.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, build-from-scratch environments
  • Based in or ready to relocate to Los Altos, CA or nearby cities

Why This Is the One

Most marketing jobs ask you to manage what already exists. This one asks you to invent what comes next. You'll work with world-class technologists, storytellers, and designers who care deeply about craft and purpose. You'll have the creative freedom to build something you'll be proud of for the rest of your career.

Individual AI is going to redefine how billions of people interact with knowledge, connection, and legacy. You can be the person who brings that story to the world.

Help us build it.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
