San Francisco / Los Altos, in-person 5 days a week · Reports to the CEO · $180K to $250K base + equity

About Uare.ai

Uare.ai is the platform for Human-First AI. Instead of one model trained on everyone, each person owns an Individual AI trained on their own voice, story, and life.

Since launching in July 2026, it serves three groups: Individuals building their own AI, Professionals earning from theirs, and enterprise and government teams sharing expertise. The roadmap that decides which grows next is yours.

Founded by Rob LoCascio, founder and former CEO of LivePerson. Backed by $10.3M from Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures.

About the role

You will own product at Uare.ai: what we build, when it ships, and whether it works. You report to the CEO and work side by side with our CTO and Head of Go-to-Market.

What you'll do

  • Own the roadmap. Decide what we build and why, and write specs engineering can act on.
  • Run the build. Set timelines and make sure what we promise ships.
  • Grow the marketplace. Keep Individuals coming back, help Professionals earn, and help Subscribers find what they want.
  • Lead design. Decide how the product looks and works, and what makes the cut.
  • Manage client requests. Decide what makes the roadmap, and tell clients when.
  • Own quality. Keep one ranked bug list and fix what matters first.
  • Own compliance. Meet the privacy, security, and audit rules our enterprise and government clients require.
  • Measure and build. Know whether each release worked, then hire the product team as we grow.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years in product, including leading a product or a team. You measure your own work.
  • You have run delivery, not just strategy: timelines, releases, and bug triage.
  • You write clearly and have built something from zero at a startup.

Plus depth in at least one of these:

  • B2C products or marketplaces people use daily.
  • AI features you shipped to real people.
  • Technical depth: APIs, data models, latency, and cost.
  • B2B or enterprise products and client requests.
  • Regulated environments: HIPAA, FedRAMP, or DoD Impact Levels.

Apply with

One product you shipped, the metric it moved, and the hardest tradeoff you made. Required.

We hire for a growth mindset: outcomes over output, experiments by default, and moving the metric that matters.
