About Uare.ai

Uare.ai builds AI for businesses where the expertise is the product: coaches, consultants, tutors and educators, and accounting and tax firms. A professional captures how they think, speak, and work, and Uare.ai turns it into their own AI. That AI runs the client work they can't scale on their own: client intake and document collection, courses and tutoring that adapt to each student, answering client questions in the expert's voice, and paid services clients can buy directly.

Customers today include accounting and tax firms, education programs, coaching and advisory practices, and enterprise training teams. We launched publicly in July 2026. Founder and CEO Rob LoCascio took LivePerson from startup to public company. Backed by $10.3M from Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures.

About the role

You're early in your career and you already know how to make short videos people watch. You'll make them for Uare.ai: real people building their own AI and growing their business with it. Your pay grows with your results. Hit viewership and performance milestones and you earn more.

What you'll do

  • Make short-form video. Script, shoot and edit several pieces a week for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
  • Find the stories. Turn how Professionals use Uare.ai into short stories with a real person and a real result.
  • Show the real product. Use the actual platform on screen, never mockups.
  • Test and learn. Try hooks, formats and lengths, track what works, and do more of it.
  • Hit your milestones. Work toward clear goals for views, engagement and sign-ups.

How you're paid

  • A base salary, paid on a regular schedule.
  • Milestone bonuses when your videos hit set view and engagement goals each month.
  • Performance rewards tied to the sign-ups and paid Memberships your videos drive.
  • Clear goals, tracked openly, paid on a fixed schedule.

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio of short videos with real numbers: views, followers gained, or engagement.
  • Fast, confident editing (CapCut, Premiere, Descript or similar).
  • A feel for hooks and pacing in the first three seconds.
  • Comfortable on camera, or great at directing people who are.
  • Curious about AI and how small businesses grow.

Bonus

  • Built your own audience from zero.
  • Motion graphics or captions styling.
  • Interest in business, education or tech topics.

Links to three short videos you made and what each did. Required.
