About Uare.ai

Uare.ai builds AI for businesses where the expertise is the product: coaches, consultants, tutors and educators, and accounting and tax firms. A professional captures how they think, speak, and work, and Uare.ai turns it into their own AI. That AI runs the client work they can't scale on their own: client intake and document collection, courses and tutoring that adapt to each student, answering client questions in the expert's voice, and paid services clients can buy directly.

We launched publicly in July 2026. Founder and CEO Rob LoCascio took LivePerson from startup to public company. Backed by $10.3M from Mayfield and Boldstart Ventures.

About the role

You design everything people see from us: the product they use every day and the pages, ads and decks that bring them in. You take a direction and run with it, make the calls, and show work early. No hand-holding, no waiting for a perfect brief.

What you'll do

  • Ship product design. Onboarding, Voice Capture, Memberships and the flows Professionals use to run their business, across web and mobile, built with engineering.
  • Design for marketing. Landing pages, paid ads, social, sales decks and one-pagers, on a weekly cadence.
  • Work in our design system. Use it, extend it, and keep product and marketing looking like one brand.
  • Move from direction to done. Turn a short brief into options in a day and a finished asset in a few.
  • Measure what you ship. Know whether a page or flow moved activation and conversion, then iterate.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years designing both shipped product and marketing work.
  • A portfolio with real, shipped work in both lanes, not only prototypes.
  • Fluent in Figma. Comfortable using AI tools to move faster.
  • Strong typography, layout and visual judgment.
  • Self-directed. You work from a direction, not a spec.

Bonus

  • Motion and short-form video.
  • Front-end skills (React, HTML/CSS).
  • Brand systems work at an early-stage company.
  • Designing for AI products.

A link to your portfolio with one product flow and one marketing piece you shipped, and what each moved. Required.
