- Monitor balance sheet health, including receivables aging, accruals, prepaid balances, and reconciliation status; maintain a real-time view of working capital position
- Drive continuous improvement by standardizing accounting processes, strengthening internal controls, and identifying automation opportunities.
ERP Migration & Systems Leadership
- Lead the accounting team's role in the migration from Dynamics GP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, partnering closely with IT and the implementation team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required with CPA designation strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, month-end close, and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with a modern cloud ERP system required; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred.
