About the Role

The Senior Digital Experience Manager owns and optimizes Uber Freight’s owned digital properties, ensuring every visitor interaction reflects the brand, reinforces core messaging, and drives meaningful conversion. This role is responsible for the corporate website, landing page ecosystem, and on-page SEO and GEO strategy, with a focus on maximizing discoverability, engagement, and performance across the full funnel. As the end-to-end owner of website experience, this leader balances UX, content, technical health, and conversion outcomes to continuously improve digital impact.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Own the strategy and day-to-day management of the corporate website, including structure, UX, navigation, and information architecture
  • Manage Contentful CMS and website integrations with third-party platforms including HubSpot, Greenhouse, and OneTrust
  • Plan and execute site updates, redesigns, and landing pages aligned to campaign and lifecycle priorities
  • Own Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and related tools to ensure accurate measurement and actionable insights
  • Ensure technical excellence across page speed, accessibility, mobile performance, and security compliance • Lead ongoing A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages and web experiences
  • Partner with Growth and Performance Marketing to improve post-click conversion and lead capture
  • Analyze funnel behavior to identify friction points and recommend UX, content, or design improvements • Own on-page SEO and GEO strategy including metadata, schema, internal linking, and keyword integration
  • Partner with Performance Marketing to align on off-site SEO and content strategy
  • Monitor performance and continuously refine optimization tactics for both traditional and AI-driven discovery surfaces • Partner with Brand and Content teams to ensure web experiences reflect brand standards, tone, and messaging
  • Implement campaign-specific landing pages and microsites in coordination with Growth and Brand
  • Manage content updates, tagging, and version control within the CMS • Partner with GTM Strategy and Operations to define KPIs for traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Deliver ongoing analytics and insights to Growth, Brand, and Solutions teams
  • Produce monthly digital health dashboards and performance readouts 

Basic Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience managing corporate websites and digital properties in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on CMS ownership experience, preferably Contentful or similar headless CMS platforms
  • Proven track record running A/B and multivariate testing programs with measurable CRO impact
  • Strong SEO expertise including technical SEO, on-page optimization, schema, and internal linking
  • Experience with analytics and measurement tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and dash-boarding platforms
  • Experience partnering closely with performance marketing, content, brand, and campaign teams
  • Ability to interpret funnel behavior and translate insights into UX, design, and content decisions 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS, logistics, freight, marketplaces, or technology platforms
  • Familiarity with GEO and AI-driven discovery surfaces
  • Experience with heatmapping and session replay tools such as Hotjar or FullStory
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for QA and light troubleshooting
  • Exposure managing marketing and compliance integrations such as HubSpot, Greenhouse, and OneTrust
  • Experience with testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, or equivalent tools

Employees working more than 30 hours in the US at Uber Freight are eligible for benefits like a company sponsored health plan, dental and vision benefits, 401k match, financial and mental wellness benefits, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance and more.  US based employees may also be eligible for a performance or sales incentive bonus program, participation in Uber Freight equity awards, and other types of compensation depending upon the role.

Illinois: The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $129,800 a year
