We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Inbound Sourcer to join our TA team to support our Recruiters and Sourcers to build stellar teams.
As a future Uber Freight intern, you:
- Think Ahead: You anticipate potential challenges in candidate sourcing and tracking. Proactively identify solutions to ensure a smooth candidate experience and prevent bottlenecks or delays in the process.
- Collaborate: You maintain strong touch points with internal recruiting teams and Hiring Managers, ensuring clear and professional communication to drive seamless execution and alignment.
- Thrive in Change: In a fast-paced recruiting environment, you adapt quickly to shifting priorities and candidate needs, while keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring timely updates.
Basic Qualifications
- Currently an active student in their 6th or 7th semester pursuing a Bachelor's in Administration, Talent Development, Psychology, Business, or any related subject area.
- Interest in learning about sourcing.
- Advanced level in speaking and writing English.
- Can be onsite in our Monterrey Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Past HR or recruiting internship experience.
- Email drafting, calendar management.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Support qualify inbound applicants by thoroughly understanding our jobs.
- Partner closely with our business leaders; participate in intake meetings, identify top tier candidates, manage candidates up to the final interview, and ensure a seamless transition to your recruiting partner.
- Tag candidates appropriately in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Partner strategically with hiring teams to set expectations and develop consistent interview processes that lead to quality hires.
- Collaborate across the Uber Freight TA teams to support process improvements and share knowledge
- Help provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement
- Utilize ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and results
- Be knowledgeable about Uber Freight and why people should work here.
