Responsibilities (What he/she will do after joining UI)

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure open APIs for enterprise applications.
• Ensure APIs are well-documented, easy to use, and integrate seamlessly with our UniFi solutions.
• Develop and maintain a professional and user-friendly website for external developers.
• Implement responsive web design principles to ensure the site is accessible on various devices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interface.
• Work closely with product management, marketing, and other engineering teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate with various teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
• Continuously monitor and improve the API and website performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Follow up on the progress of each stakeholder, ensuring milestones are met and addressing any blockers.

Requirement (Must-Haves)

• Strong proficiency in Golang and React.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks/libraries.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Knowledge of AWS services and deployment.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining open APIs for enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated experience in fullstack development, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in AI development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and expertise in AI development techniques, such as Spec-Driven Development, are required.
