Responsibilities (What he/she will do after join UI):
- Mainly support packaging artwork design execution for MP projects based on established design guidelines and brand requirements, delivering consistent and stable output across multiple projects and SKUs.
- Execute artwork adaptation, localization, and revisions according to project requirements, production needs, and design guidelines.
- Ensure packaging artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the design and production process.
- Support printing sample review, artwork proofing, and follow-up on design adjustments with CMs and suppliers.
- Maintain and organize packaging artwork files, design guidelines, and related design assets to support efficient project execution.
- Stay updated on packaging trends, printing technologies, and processes, and monitor competitor packaging for design awareness and inspiration.
- Work closely with internal teams, including PK RD / ID / ME / PM / Compliance / Graphic teams, as well as external CMs and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build hands-on experience in packaging design and production, developing the capabilities to take on more advanced packaging design responsibilities in the future.
Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves) :
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
- Experienced using 2D: Illustrator / Photoshop.(Proficient, fluent)
- Knowledge of printing processes.
- Experienced in graphic design, packaging design and sensitivity to layout, typography, and color.
- Knowledge of a wide variety of packaging styles, types, and materials.
- Logical thinking / Proactive personality.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Ability to ensure artwork is consistent and on-brand across.
- Paying excellent attention to detail and to the brand guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves / Plus) :
- Experienced using 3D: Keyshot.
- Knowledge of reliability tests - printing.
- Industrial design background.
- Leadership in projects.
- Graphic design experience in computers, communications and consumer electronics.
- Knowledge about network operating systems.
