Content Strategy Manager
About Us
Udacity is now an Accenture company, and exciting things are happening! 🚀 We are on a mission of forging futures in tech through radical talent transformation in digital technologies. We offer a unique and immersive online learning platform, powering corporate technical training in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Autonomous Systems, Cloud Computing and more. Our rapidly growing global organization is revolutionizing how the enterprise market bridges the talent shortage and skills gaps during their digital transformation journey.
We’re looking for a strategic, insight-driven, and creatively intuitive Content Strategy Manager to shape the way we connect with our audience of lifelong learners. In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of a modern content strategy that balances performance marketing with brand storytelling, ensuring our message resonates in a fast-evolving digital landscape. This role demands a deep empathy for audience needs, the ability to translate insights into action, proficiency with digital content production (including video), and a future-forward mindset around digital ecosystems, trust signals, and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Plan and manage a content calendar that prioritizes those channels that are likelier to drive growth/awareness amongst our target persona
- Produce engaging video content, including webinars and podcasts, that highlight Udacity’s brand value
- Craft or guide the creation of content that is tuned for the shifting demands of SEO/AEO, brand visibility, and topical authority across platforms like Reddit, YouTube, and more.
- Use qualitative and quantitative audience insights to define what stories to tell, where to tell them, and how to make them resonate.
- Build performance measurement frameworks that go beyond vanity metrics — tracking content’s contribution to awareness, engagement, traffic quality, conversion, and share of voice.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and student experience, to ensure alignment on messaging, positioning, and branding.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as agencies, freelancers, and influencers, to develop and distribute content.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to build integrated strategies across brand and performance goals, balancing search and shareability with creativity and trust-building.
- Solid understanding of SEO, AEO, and digital content ecosystems, including how people find and evaluate information on Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and AI-driven platforms.
- Excellent video production/editing, writing, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling and engaging content across various channels.
- Experience with relevant tools (Youtube, Amplitude, Search Console, Sprout Social, Riverside, etc.), and content performance measurement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to direct various internal and external stakeholders to produce great content.
