This role is an exciting one that will offer a mix of project management and partnership/client management. You will be responsible for developing, managing, tracking, and ensuring success of our Societal Impact Programs. One of the main value drivers in Societal Impact Programs is career outcomes, and the ability to ensure that career outcomes are achieved, tracked, and communicated across our government programs is critical. While you don’t have to be a tech expert yourself, you’re required to have knowledge about the tech job market and the skills demanded in it per country & region. Your performance will be measured by how you manage existing partnerships and coordinate with Udacity’s various sub-teams including the business development team, the student experience team, the operations team, external global partners and other stakeholders to ensure stellar partner success, incredible student outcomes and broader societal impact.

Location: While this is a remote based role, Udacity will only consider eligible and qualified candidates who are currently based in Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Oversees project management and strategic partnership/client management.
- Directs, manages, tracks, and ensures the success of Societal Impact Programs.
- Supervises the achievement, tracking, and communication of career outcomes across government programs.
- Possesses expert knowledge of the tech job market and demanded skills per country & region.
- Manages and nurtures existing partnerships.
- Coordinates with Udacity’s various sub-teams (business development, student experience, operations), external global partners, and other executive stakeholders to ensure stellar partner success, incredible student outcomes, and broader societal impact.
- Acts as a program lead for large-scale projects with executive leadership of government entities, semi-government entities, foundations, and private partners.
- Oversees the end-to-end execution of Societal Impact programs.
- Manages executive clients and partner teams directly and independently.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for executive partners and Udacity’s internal delivery team, resolving high-level concerns and suggestions efficiently.
- Liaises with internal and external executive stakeholders at key milestones to deliver strong program outcomes.
- Problem-solves and conceptualizes strategic program elements to achieve desired outcomes.
- Measures, analyzes, and reports on program impact outcomes while tracking against KPIs to executive leadership.
- Contributes in the job partnership strategy to improve employment outcomes at scale for thousands of Udacity graduates.
- Contributes to quarterly and annual targets for revenue and users generated through program execution and partnerships.

- Required: Fluent and idiomatic proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Possesses 10+ years of experience in end-to-end project and partnership management, preferably within the education, training, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exhibits an entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and resourcefulness in conceptualizing and executing large-scale programs for thousands of learners.
- Proficient in manipulating large datasets, driving analytics, and developing insightful presentations.
- Holds a proven track record of managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders across various geographies, including governments, corporates and foundations.
- Capable of independently managing senior-level stakeholders and interfacing with partner teams.
- Skilled at quickly identifying opportunities, collaborating effectively with multiple team members, and influencing decision-makers.
- Possesses strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple work streams concurrently.
- Adaptable and curious in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passionate about digital transformation and tech-related projects.
- A strong team player with an empathetic, collaborative, and humble approach, actively seeking and offering assistance when needed.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally/globally, as required.
