About this role

Udemy Business is looking to hire a Partner Sales Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support and grow our reseller and referral partner ecosystem across Europe. This is a great opportunity for a mid-career partnerships or channel sales professional who wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing EdTech company. You will work closely with Account Directors, Marketing, Partner Operations and Customer Success to build joint go-to-market plans and drive revenue through the partner channel. The role reports to the Director of EMEA Partner Sales and is based in our Dublin office.

About your skills

  • Partner ecosystem development — Experience recruiting, onboarding and managing reseller or referral partners, with a track record of building pipeline and generating revenue through indirect channels.
  • Commercial acumen — Demonstrated ability to negotiate, build joint business plans and hold partners accountable to agreed targets and performance metrics.
  • Cross-functional collaboration — Background in working alongside enterprise sales, marketing and operations teams to align partner activity with broader business priorities.
  • AI proficiency — Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, generate insights or streamline partner engagement workflows.

What you'll be doing

  • Support and grow the European reseller and referral partner ecosystem, focusing on partner activation, pipeline generation and revenue contribution.
  • Recruit and onboard new strategic partners across Europe, leading commercial discussions and ensuring partners are set up to generate revenue.
  • Build and maintain joint business plans with priority partners, tracking progress against agreed targets.
  • Work closely with Udemy Account Directors and Account Executives to drive co-selling motions and progress partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Establish regular pipeline reviews and business reviews with strategic partners, acting as the main point of contact for commercial and operational matters.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting in Salesforce, flagging risks and opportunities to Sales leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, indirect sales or enterprise account management, within SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated history of building and managing partner relationships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience working with resellers, HR/L&D technology providers, consultancies or other indirect sales channels.
  • Background in cross-functional collaboration with enterprise sales teams to drive partner-led opportunities.
  • Demonstrated history of managing pipeline, forecasting and opportunity governance in Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
