This hybrid position requires two days per week in our Denver office.
About you
We are looking for an energetic people leader that wants to join our quickly growing Enterprise Sales team in a fast growing business and is passionate about helping to coach and develop Account Executives.
About this role
This role will give you the opportunity to hire and shape a fantastic growing team in our North American Growth Enterprise segment, focusing on companies 1,000-5,000 employees in size. To be successful, you should pride yourself as a people leader first, but have a strong process-oriented style as well as a positive attitude which you use to influence those around you.
What you'll be doing
- Manage a team of Account Executives focused on new business and customer growth sales
- Demonstrate your passion for coaching and developing employees through personal and professional mentorship
- Communicate job expectations with team members by planning, monitoring, and appraising individual sales results
- Accurately forecast new sales pipelines along with add-on bookings
- Help refine processes for the Growth Enterprise Sales team from onboarding forward
- Focus on innovation of current best practices to serve the needs of the team and business as it grows
- Work cross-functionally with Sales/Business Development, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Content, and Product to drive the business forward
- Collaborate with sales operations to identify technology, strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goals
- Connect with and influence customers and prospects at the senior leadership level.
- Lead a sales-driven culture in a high energy, fun, fast-paced environment
- Travel requirements 25% of the time
What you’ll have
- 4-6 years of sales management experience, preferably in similar segment (Growth Enterprise/Large Enterprise)
- Experience with SaaS/subscription based sales model (Human Capital/Talent Manager software experience, a plus)
- Ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent
- Proven track record of quota attainment both as an individual contributor and Manager
- Experience developing and executing regional sales plans and forecasts, addressing new customer acquisition and existing customer growth.
- Creativity and proficiency in supporting sales cycles, including “top of funnel” prospecting activity, opportunity qualification, developing joint close plans, negotiating and closing sales, and driving upsells.
- Proven effectiveness working across functional teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other sales tools
