Hybrid work
Udemy is headquartered in San Francisco with global offices in Australia, India, Ireland, Türkiye, and other US locations. Our robust hybrid work model spans San Francisco, Denver, Ankara, Dublin, Mexico City and Melbourne. This hybrid position requires two days per week in the office at the nearest hub.

We expect you to be proficient in ReactJS, Typescript, GraphQL, CSS, MobX (or similar libraries), NextJS (or similar framework), Webpack, NPM, DataDog (or similar tools), accessibility best practices and measuring web performance. Exceptional candidates will have demonstrated experience with Kotlin or Java for services. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable addressing moderately complex problems, including navigating projects with ambiguous parameters.

As part of the Learner Success team, you will be working on improving the experience of learning for our learners. This includes our course taking experience - our most vital experience for learners! You will do this by ensuring great web experiences that are built on top of our latest frameworks like Next.JS, GraphQL, and Kotlin services.
What you'll be doing
- Implementing product features using your proficient skills in ReactJS, Typescript, GraphQL, CSS, MobX (or similar libraries), NextJS (or similar framework), Webpack, NPM, DataDog (or similar tools), accessibility best practices and measuring web performance to meet our team's objectives.
- Building user experiences that adhere to a high level of accessibility standards.
- Applying analytical problem solving, cross-functional communication, and systems thinking to ensure smooth execution of product features.
- Lead the optimization of code, performance, and processes to help your team achieve their goals.
- Leading, coordinating, executing, and delivering moderately complex projects at scale and quality.
- Managing complexity within your team while concurrently interacting with teams in adjacent domains.
- Exceptional candidates have skills in Kotlin or Java for back-end services.
What you’ll have

Hiring Compensation Range
$1,040,000 - $1,300,000 MXN
