Hybrid work
Udemy is headquartered in San Francisco with global offices in Australia, India, Ireland, Türkiye, and other US locations. Our robust hybrid work model spans San Francisco, Denver, Ankara, Dublin, and Melbourne. This hybrid position requires two days per week in the office at the nearest hub. About you
You are a proactive and analytical individual with a passion for driving product growth in the Consumer SaaS and Marketplace sectors. Your strong interest in advertising and marketing technologies, coupled with a foundational understanding of campaign management, pricing strategies, and customer lifecycle tools, positions you to make a significant impact. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to the development and maintenance of a robust Customer Data Platform (CDP) across the organization.
About this role
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth platform for our Consumer SaaS and Marketplace products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our advertising and marketing technology capabilities, including campaign management, pricing, promotions, and lifecycle tools. Additionally, you will assist in the enablement and upkeep of our Customer Data Platform, ensuring its health and effectiveness. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your product management skills and directly influence our company's growth trajectory.
What you'll be doing:

Assist in the development and execution of product strategies aimed at enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and data teams to implement and optimize advertising and marketing technologies, such as campaign management systems and pricing tools.

Support the integration and maintenance of the Customer Data Platform, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for various stakeholders.

Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.

Participate in the creation of product roadmaps, defining requirements, and prioritizing features based on business goals and user needs.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and inform decision-making.
What you’ll have

A bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

Foundational knowledge of advertising and marketing technologies, including campaign management and customer lifecycle tools.

Experience with data analysis and a basic understanding of Customer Data Platforms.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
