About your skills

Benefits administration: Proficient in maintaining efficient benefits administration workflows through systems, vendors and internal teams.

Program Development & Vendor Management: Experienced in evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements through internal processes and benefits renewals.

Benefits Consulting: Expert at providing comprehensive benefits guidance to employees at all levels, coordinating with leadership and vendors to resolve complex cases.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Adept at building productive relationships with Payroll, Accounting, Legal and local HR teams.

Champion and administer a comprehensive portfolio of employee benefits, including:

Medical, dental, life, and disability plans

Pension plan

Leave of absence (Maternity, Paternity, Parental)

What you’ll be doing
-
Provide expert guidance and support to employees on all aspects of their benefits. This includes resolving complex inquiries, collaborating effectively with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Support the review and administration of Time Off & Leave Programs in EMEA/APAC and Latam & participate in global project with a view to improving the employee experience & administration of time off & leave programs across the regions.

Support Benefits renewals, vendor changes across the regions

Update & Improve employee-facing Benefits communications & online content.

Create, maintain & update benefits operating procedures to ensure processes are adhered to consistently.

Communicate benefits programs to employees using presentations, written materials, and emails. This includes new employee orientations.

Develop and maintain good working relationships with global PPL Team & other internal stakeholders.

Participation in benefits related projects or broader HR projects as a stakeholder.
What you’ll have
-
3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle benefits administration, preferably in a similar role at a high tech, multinational company

Proficient in Workday, Microsoft office suite and Google workplace

Deep knowledge of the EMEA benefits landscape (APAC and Latam is a plus.)

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Willingness to embrace change, self-motivated and proactive learner

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.
