Production Specialist

Summary: The Production Specialist is responsible for following daily production workflows and ensuring error-free publications.

Description: We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented person to join our medical division as Production Specialist. Our Production Specialist is responsible for maintaining quality standards and ensuring error-free publications. They must be comfortable meeting daily deadlines and capable of learning and working in every position of the hands-on production line. Qualified candidates will possess excellent organization skills, proofreading and computer skills, an eye for detail and solid communication skills. 

Industry: This position is a part of our medical division, which is dedicated to empowering people who are facing life-altering diseases by providing them with the most comprehensive and up-to-date information about their diseases and treatment options.

Responsibilities: This position includes meeting daily production line deadlines as well as quality assurance of publications.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Proofing for comparative accuracy
• Executing/performing/completing quality assurance checks and validation
• Ensuring all production deadlines are met
• Protecting client confidentiality
• Promoting our company reputation and values through personal appearance, resourcefulness and integrity
• Understanding and upholding the policies, professional standards and values of our company and the industries it serves
• Other projects as assigned

Experience: Production Specialist candidates should have relevant work experience or have some college education.

Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred.
