Summary: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for collecting and managing information used to market our industry-leading communication solutions to property management companies across the United States and Canada.
Description: We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for collecting and managing information used to market our industry-leading communication solutions to property management companies across the United States and Canada. Industry: This position is part of our residential division, which provides communication solutions in both print and digital formats to condominiums, cooperatives and homeowner associations throughout the United States and Canada.
Responsibilities: Our Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining a thorough directory of our clients, creating a pipeline to identify prospects and leads, monitoring the sales cycle and conducting market research. Successful candidates must be able to think analytically and creatively, help pursue sales leads, and be proficient in data gathering and organization. Other key responsibilities include:
- Mastering all aspects of the system and communication solutions we provide within the residential industry
- Executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, direct mail and digital outreach, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with business objectives
- Managing and maintaining marketing data, including prospect and client lists, ensuring data accuracy, proper segmentation and ongoing validation of contact information
- Working within CRM and internal systems to support campaign targeting, list pulls, imports/exports and performance tracking
- Designing, developing and maintaining daily and weekly reports
- Performing competitive analysis
- Protecting client confidentiality
- Promoting our company reputation and values through personal appearance, resourcefulness and integrity
- Understanding and upholding the policies, professional standards and values of our company and the industries it serves
- Other projects as assigned
Experience: Candidates must have two years’ relevant work experience or have recently graduated from college and have strong referrals.
Education: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred. Equivalent work experience, with excellent references, will also be considered.

- Working knowledge of database systems
