You will lead, develop, and scale a dynamic team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on generating and cultivating high-quality sales opportunities for our Account Executives.

This role requires a strong ability to develop and optimize processes, embed best practices, accelerate onboarding, and maximize team performance through strategic coaching and the effective use of modern sales engagement platforms and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. If you excel at leading and coaching SDR teams in an innovative environment, are excited by AI's potential in customer interactions, and possess strong strategic and communication skills, we want to connect with you.

Annual US Hiring Range: $90,000 - $110,000.00 + variable compensation (negotiable based on exceptionally qualified candidates)

*A candidate’s actual placement within this range will depend on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop SDR talent, ensuring rapid productivity through robust training and goal-setting.
  • Coach and manage SDRs through regular 1:1s and team sessions, driving performance via clear KPIs (e.g., activities, meetings booked, pipeline generated).
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leading skill-building initiatives and team sessions to share best practices, refine messaging, and enhance sales techniques.

Outbound Strategy & Sales Execution

  • Guide strategic outbound efforts, including account prioritization, list building, intent data usage, persona-based messaging, and crafting effective outreach sequences.
  • Train SDRs on multi-channel engagement, including email, phone, and social selling, optimizing touchpoints across the buyer journey.
  • Drive effective use of sales tech platforms (e.g., Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense), leveraging features like A/B testing, automation, and data-driven optimizations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Align with Marketing and Sales teams on go-to-market strategies, ABM execution, lead processes, and messaging to ensure unified efforts.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to refine playbooks, templates, and SDR-specific training materials.
  • Identify and solve process inefficiencies, streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity through better systems and tools.
  • Evaluate emerging sales development technologies, making recommendations to improve team effectiveness.

Reporting & Strategic Insights

  • Analyze and report on SDR performance metrics, providing insights to leadership to guide strategy and optimize pipeline generation.
  • Contribute SDR perspectives to strategic planning initiatives, staying informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and sales development best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of successful Sales Development experience, preferably in SaaS/technology focusing on customer experience, with strong outbound prospecting results.
  • 1-2+ years in an SDR Management or Team Lead role, demonstrating effective coaching, performance management, and team motivation.
  • Deep understanding of modern SDR best practices: strategic prospecting, multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social), value proposition development, and key metrics.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) for sequence building, automation, and analysis.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and execution.
  • Familiarity with Sales Intelligence tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and training abilities with a passion for developing SDR talent.
  • Exceptional communication (written/verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions (Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Ops).
  • Experience developing SDR processes, playbooks, or training materials.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
