UJET is seeking a highly organized and strategic Partner Program Manager to join our Partnership team. This role is the operational backbone of our ecosystem, responsible for building and managing a scalable, "one-to-many" programmatic engine.

You will act as the architect and operator of the partner program ("Jet Stream"), focusing on the strategy, operations, and scalable enablement required to support our pivot to AI-first revenue. If you thrive on building structure, creating scalable content engines using modern AI tools, and acting as the bridge between Partnerships, Marketing, and Product, this is the role for you.

What You Will Do

Program Operations & Infrastructure

  • Program Architecture: Own the structure and mechanics of the UJET Partner Program. This includes defining and maintaining partner tiers, benefits, and requirements to ensure a unified, logical structure across all partner types (Channel, Alliances, TSDs).
  • Scalable Communication: Lead a "one-to-many" communication strategy to ensure the partner ecosystem remains informed and engaged. You will own the execution of quarterly partner webinars, release note distribution, and newsletter updates.
  • Tech Stack & Portal Management: Manage the partner portal and operational tools, ensuring partners have seamless, self-service access to the resources they need, driving efficiency for the wider sales team.

Scalable Enablement & Marketing Liaison

  • Content & Collateral Engine: Serve as the primary liaison to the Marketing team to standardize sales assets. You will build and tailor collateral and "ready-to-sell" kits for partners, ensuring the sales team utilizes approved, scalable materials.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and execute scalable partner marketing campaigns that can be deployed across the partner base efficiently.
  • Event Support: Coordinate the logistical and programmatic elements of partner events and webinars, ensuring alignment with the overall Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.=

Strategic Readiness & Technical Alignment

  • Technical Onboarding Operations: Operationalize the technical side of partnerships by defining processes for provisioning sandbox environments, managing API documentation access, and streamlining integration workflows.
  • New Product Launch: Collaborate with the SVP of Biz Dev & Strategic Programs on strategy, pricing models, and offers to ensure new products (specifically AI/Spiral) are packaged effectively for the partner channel prior to launch.
  • Cross-Functional Interlock: Act as the central node between the Partner team and internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Product), ensuring that the partnership lifecycle—from strategy to contract—is efficient and standardized.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Partner Operations, Program Management, or Field Marketing, preferably within a SaaS or CCaaS environment.
  • AI & Tool Proficiency: (Required) Strong proficiency with Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and knowledge management tools (e.g., NotebookLM) to accelerate content creation, summarize data, and streamline operational workflows. You should be comfortable using these tools to scale your output.
  • Operational Mindset: A proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, repeatable processes that drive business efficiency.
  • Content Creation: Strong ability to create decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials that effectively communicate value to a partner audience.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort working with technical concepts (APIs, integrations) to help operationalize technical partner onboarding.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally to reduce dependencies on shared resources (like Central Marketing) by driving initiatives forward independently.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
