UK-Med is a frontline medical aid charity, born out of the NHS, dedicated to ensuring that everyone has access to the healthcare they need in times of crisis. For over 30 years, we have responded to global emergencies with a commitment to healthcare for all when disasters strike.
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to provide vital support to our team. This fixed-term role will play a key part in maintaining our operations smoothly as we continue our critical work. Working closely with team members, you will assist in coordinating schedules, organizing travel arrangements, and handling a range of administrative tasks that support our organizational goals.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and managing documentation, coordinating meetings, supporting internal and external communications, and providing logistical support for events and initiatives. This role also requires someone comfortable with maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in administrative support, showcasing strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Your ability to work effectively and independently will be essential as you handle various tasks critical to UK-Med’s day-to-day operations.
