The Role (What You’ll Own)

This is not just fixing plumbing issues—this is about delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.

You will:

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
• Educate customers and recommend solutions
• Represent the company with professionalism and confidence

Key Responsibilities

Service & Technical Execution:

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs and installations
• Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Customer Experience:

• Build trust with customers through clear communication and professionalism
• Explain issues and solutions in a way customers understand
• Deliver a 5-star service experience on every call

Performance & Accountability:

• Take ownership of job performance and results
• Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
• Continuously improve through feedback and coaching

Standards & Consistency:

• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Accurately document job notes and service details
• Follow all company processes, procedures, and safety protocols

Team Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members

What We’re Looking For

• 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
• Plumbing experience:
• Apprentice or Journeyman plumbing license: Required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Experience:

• Plumbing: 2+ years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
