The Role (What You’ll Own)
This is not just fixing plumbing issues—this is about delivering a professional, high-quality customer experience from start to finish.
You will:
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
- Educate customers and recommend solutions
- Represent the company with professionalism and confidence
Key Responsibilities
Service & Technical Execution:
- Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs and installations
- Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Customer Experience:
- Build trust with customers through clear communication and professionalism
- Explain issues and solutions in a way customers understand
- Deliver a 5-star service experience on every call
Performance & Accountability:
- Take ownership of job performance and results
- Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
- Continuously improve through feedback and coaching
Standards & Consistency:
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Accurately document job notes and service details
- Follow all company processes, procedures, and safety protocols
Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For
- 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and insurable record
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
- Plumbing experience:
- Apprentice or Journeyman plumbing license: Required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- You will be expected to deliver both technical excellence and customer experience
- Success in this role comes from ownership, accountability, and consistency
Experience:
- Plumbing: 2+ years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Apprentice or Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)
