Contractor Business Operations Specialist
Position Summary:
ultrafocused – Work together to fearlessly uncover new possibilities
Be a support for the projects, congresses and materials implementation. Manage vendors and be responsible for project’s timelines and purchasing management. Be responsible for orders and national regulatory requirements, supporting the Customer Service and Supply Chain team.
Make sales analysis and lead the CRM.
Work Model:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
Project/vendor management
- Coordinates internal and third-party/supplier functions for project execution and congress management, ensuring the execution of the deadlines
- Coordinates materials implementation
- Management of internal tool (Veeva) for material approval
- Collaborate with the regulatory department to account for promotional events and materials for AIFA
- Organize and plan internal meetings
Sales orders
- Order management on the NSO platform and interact with Supply chain and 3PL
- Management of AIFA monthly order reporting
- Create and update new customer vendor forms
CRM
- Data extraction for internal analysis
- Creation of half-yearly and annual ISF promotional visits for AIFA declaration
Administrative support
- Purchasing project management (purchase order creation and contract lifecycle management, invoicing phase)
- Manage and update the new vendor creation
Requirements:
- +2 year of experience in pharmaceutical industries as business operation / project manager
- Master's Degree in scientific subjects (Pharmacy, CTF, Biotechnology) or Biomedical Engineering;
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, enjoying teamwork
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office)
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment #LI-CK1 #LI-Hybrid
