
Intern, Global Brand Strategy
Position Summary:

The Global Brand Strategy intern position will assist with a business strategy and country assessments. S(he) will help develop key elements of country assessments and benchmarking of potential operating models for the Region. This position reports to the Global Commercial Lead for Bone programs.
Work Model:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Help with development of assessments and business case for specific countries
- Help with benchmarking of potential organizational models for potential geographic expansion
- Help to summarize assessments to inform potential geographic expansion strategy
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Masters in Business Administration plus a degree in a relevant field of study (eg, Science)
- Ability to form strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders across the development and scientific functions
- Enrolled as a full-time student with plans to return to school in fall term
- Available to work 40 hours/week during normal business hours
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible; adapts work style to meet organization needs
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good verbal communication skills: Ability to write clearly and effectively
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, reasoning, and problem solving
- Prior management consulting experience preferred
- This role may be Flex (Reporting to the Novato, CA location) or Fully Remote
