
Contractor Sr Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
ultrafocused – Work together to fearlessly uncover new possibilities
Assist office manager in a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support office administration responsibilities, ensure efficient operation of the office and work collaboratively with the team.
Work Model:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Contract liaison for Medical and other contracts:
- Speaker Agreements
- Statements of Work
- Service Agreement
- Compilation of documentation required per vendor
- Support local events internal /external
- Responsible for Expense reports invoices, distribution payment slips to vendors
- EHS Support and local liaison
- Elaboration and follow up for receipts, and payment
- Expense report. Request and generate tax invoices to present expense report
- Courier requirements
- Office and Kitchen supplies. Responsible for purchasing office supplies.
- Office events. Support logistics for events at the office.
- Coordinate local reservation for international visits.
- General administrative tasks. Documentation scanning, filling, creation of a variety of directories for control purposes.
- Support on fleet management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of administrative experience
- Organizational Skills
- Time Management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) outlook and Concur
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry is a plus #LI-CK1 #LI-Hybrid
