
Corporate Treasurer

The Executive Director of Corporate Treasury to leads the Treasury activities of the company overseeing a broad range of activities including managing bank relationship, securities and financial instruments, cash forecasting, foreign currency hedging, and insurance/risk management. The ideal candidate possesses leadership capabilities, has a high level of integrity, solid operational and technical background and works proactively to drive results.
Work Model:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic initiatives to create a best-in-class treasury organization.
- Monitor capital markets for changes to perceived market risks and propose changes to investment strategy in collaboration with Finance Executives.
- Manage foreign currency exposures and implementation of measures to reduce volatility in earnings caused by currency movements. Development and maintenance of a hedging policy and program, including the hedging strategy, procurement and analysis in assessing the effectiveness (in compliance with ASC 815).
- Oversee global cash management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation.
- Manage corporate banking and financial institutional relationships.
- Lead all aspects of bank account management worldwide, including account openings, closures, signatory updates, and compliance with KYC requests.
- Negotiate and monitor bank/transaction fees, letters of credit, and bank guarantees.
- Monitor daily cash positions for parent and subsidiary entities, ensuring adequate liquidity and optimizing cash deployment.
- Manage global cash movements including operating needs, intercompany transfers, receipt accounts, customer credit, capital transactions, reporting on the treasury activities, and overall strategy on efficient use of cash across the organization.
- Oversee account receivable extension of credit and monitoring of counterparty risk.
- Development and execute hedging strategy, and analyze the effectiveness of the program in compliance with ASC 815.
- Coordination of corporate insurance program in conjunction with the applicable business functions, monitor for emerging business risks, and present coverage options to Board and Executives. Develop executive level presentations to rating agencies, financial partners, and the Company’s Board of Directors.
- Lead ad hoc projects to improve operational efficiencies through process and technology improvements.
Requirements:
- BS and/or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive corporate treasury experience, preferably within a multinational corporation or high-growth public company.
- Demonstrated ability in treasury, cash and liquidity management, working capital, and trade finance.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, research, presentation and organization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with a variety of personnel both internally and externally, in a global setting.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be assertive when needed.

The typical annual salary range for this full-time position is listed below. This range reflects the characteristics of the job, such as required skills and qualifications and is based on the office location noted in this job posting. The range may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible for annual bonus and equity incentives. Actual individual pay is determined by demonstrated experience and internal equity alignment.
Pay Range
$295,200 - $364,700 USD
