Position Summary:

The purpose of having an intern in the marketing department is to provide support in both operational and strategic tasks, enabling Sr. Product Manager to concentrate on high-impact projects. The intern will contribute fresh ideas and perspectives, while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the marketing field. This collaboration benefits Ultragenyx marketing department in Mexico and fosters the intern's professional growth.
Work Model:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the creation of promotional and non-promotional content and materials. Monitor the digital communication strategy.
- Help with the planning and organization of marketing, medical and commercial events.
- Responsible for the administrative tasks of assigned projects, including medical events, materials, and digital campaigns. Duties include tracking contracts, managing purchase orders.
- Data and analytics. Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for assigned projects.
- Communication with internal team (medical, commercial, access teams) and external stakeholders (vendors, medical societies, agencies).
Requirements:
- Student of Administration, Health engineering disciplines, or Marketing
- Organization and time management skills
- Fluency in English
- Team collaboration and communication skills
- Analytic thinking
