Establish and enforce coding standards and architectural best practices for Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Cross-Channel Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business users, operations teams, and engineering to ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs. Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to internal team members and partners.
- Business Acumen: Develop deep understanding of internal business processes, sales workflows, and customer operations to design scalable solutions. Identify and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and technical optimizations to reduce manual work and costs.
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex issues related to Salesforce and integrated platforms, delivering timely and high-quality solutions. Lead the resolution of platform outages, performance bottlenecks, and critical bugs with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by exploring and implementing emerging Salesforce capabilities and modern full stack development frameworks. Encourage experimentation with new technologies and approaches to increase platform stability, scalability, and efficiency.
