Credit Support Coordinator
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Credit Support Coordinator is responsible for the CreditApp Inbox and entering accounts in two different systems. This position is expected to have good Customer Service acumen, Data Entry and the ability to communicate in a pleasant, helpful and courteous manner. This position is expected to evolve over time as the company grows and business needs change.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and act on incoming emails and resolve any same-day requests.
- Enter new marketing and / or customers into system(s) as required.
- Communicate with applicable team members regarding account setups, documentation requests and any other needs.
- Keep inbox organized and ensure anyone can go in and find what is needed on the team.
- Save documentation as per procedures provided in multiple locations on the system.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact to support accurate and timely information flow.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy in all data entry, minimizing errors and maintaining data integrity.
- Ensure required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed in the appropriate folders within the credit inbox and public account drive for easy retrieval.
- Adhere to established turnaround times and service-level expectations for requests.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus.
- Exceptional organization, time-management, and planning skills
- Very strong interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

WORK ENVIROMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- This position will be completed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- The employee frequently is required to stand, walk; use hands, arms and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 20 pounds.
