Senior Product Manager, Artificial Intelligence

Anywhere in the United States

Our Product Team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to ideate and lead the delivery of AI capabilities and solutions across our core ERP and CRM SaaS platforms. In collaboration with our Vice President of Product Management, you will own the definition and delivery of specific customer-impacting AI use cases and be a key contributor in our overall AI product vision and strategy. With over 4,000 customers and a robust partner network, your actions and contributions will have far-reaching impact on one of Unanet’s most strategic and critical initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the development and implementation of a forward-looking AI strategy/roadmap that aligns with Unanet’s broader goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of user personas across our multi-product business; leverage that to be the sounding board for internal and external stakeholders and customers to continuously inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate and contribute to building out the product roadmap for all customer-facing AI-enabled tools, workflows, and capabilities
  • Partner with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute the roadmap, aligning with them to both plan and prioritize objectively
  • Research, define, and design requirements and scope through epics, user stories, and diagrams; validate functionality and workflows to ensure we’re solving the right problems for our customers and prioritizing high-impact solutions
  • Engage with key external technology partners to ensure we are making smart choices regarding foundational AI tools and solution stack
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders in both a technical and non-technical capacity, including with engineering to define product release requirements and with marketing on GTM strategies
  • Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive evaluation frameworks for LLM-driven features, encompassing automated testing, human-in-the-loop assessments and continuous performance monitoring
  • Ensure AI-enabled features meet regulatory and ethical guidelines

 Your First 90 Days

In your First 30 Days, you will understand Unanet’s AI vision, strategy, and contemplated AI roadmap through the lens of key stakeholders, functional peers, and relevant customer discovery work. You will clarify and realign requirements, increasing our success in delivery. Working with our Scrum Master and Lead Engineers, you will grow your understanding of your team’s nuances and capabilities.

In your First 60 Days, you will work with a wider range of internal and external stakeholders to better understand the direction we’re going in and why. Empowered by what you have learned, you will partner with Product Management to question, redefine, and revalidate your team’s roadmap deliverables.

In Your First 90 Days, you will drive our Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for respective product deliverables. You will champion the product roadmap, committing lighthouse customers and defining success metrics for adoption and engagement. You will be the strategic driver for your scrum team, executing on defined product deliverables.

  • Strong background in AI/ML toolchains and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar) and experience with cloud-based AI/ML services from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to AI, ensuring AI solutions meet industry standards and legal guidelines

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
