  • Partner with leadership to define and track implementation quality metrics and KPIs
  • Stay current on industry trends in the AEC market, sharing insights and best practices that help keep the team remain informed and effective
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions from sales through implementation and long-term customer adoption

Your First 90 Days

In your first 30 days, you’ll focus on learning our business, building relationships, and gaining a deep understanding of how our consulting teams support our AEC customers. You’ll meet key stakeholders across Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations while getting to know your team and current engagements. You’ll familiarize yourself with our delivery model, consulting processes, and key services performance metrics.

By day 60, you’ll begin actively managing team performance and overseeing consulting engagements across the SMB AEC segment. You’ll start identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, team utilization, and implementation efficiency. You’ll also partner with leadership to ensure engagements are appropriately scoped and staffed to meet both customer and business goals.

By day 90, you’ll be fully integrated into the leadership team and driving improvements across consulting delivery. You’ll be coaching your team toward stronger outcomes, refining delivery processes that improve customer satisfaction and operational performance, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our consulting services strategy supporting the AEC market.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
