Product Manager, AEC AI Solutions

Anywhere in the United States

Shape the future of AI-powered growth for the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industries! We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and AI-driven execution to help define and launch the next generation of capabilities on Unanet’s AI-first platform.

This is a “builder” role, not a traditional backlog management position. Partnering closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, you will own the journey from problem framing to product delivery, translating customer needs into clear product intent and rapidly turning ideas into market-ready solutions. Success will be measured by outcomes: accelerating customer growth, driving user adoption, and creating differentiated value that strengthens Unanet’s long-term leadership in the AEC market.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and drive a forward-looking roadmap for AI-first AEC capabilities for Unanet’s GrowthStudio product
  • Lead product discovery, framing, and prioritization for customer-facing AI-enabled workflows and experiences
  • Leverage internal AI tooling across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through prototyping, PRD creation, and refinement
  • Partner with UX and Engineering to shape agentic workflows; move quickly from concept to validated prototype, and ensure we are solving the right problems for our customers
  • Define success metrics, evaluation approaches, and feedback loops for LLM- and agent-driven experiences, including human-in-the-loop validation
  • Translate strategy and research into actionable requirements and release plans
  • Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Engineering on requirements and Marketing on Go-to-Market strategy
  • Track competitive and market developments in AEC and use that insight to inform our roadmap, positioning, and moat-building decisions
  • Help evolve how Product works in an AI-first organization by modeling strong use of AI in day-to-day product management practices

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, or deep experience building software products for AEC customers
  • Experience translating customer and market insights into product requirements, prototypes, and launched software capabilities
  • Prior experience working in an Agile or AI-accelerated product development environment
  • Experience with AI-powered products, including LLMs, agentic workflows, AI-assisted experiences, or adjacent technologies
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define problems, evaluate data, identify risks, and make informed product decisions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, and customer-facing teams, communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Comfortable working with technical architecture, data models, information retrieval systems, and product evaluation frameworks
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability
  • Self-directed, collaborative, and execution-oriented, with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer and non-customer sites (~15%)

Differentiators

  • Proven success in builder-led environments, delivering products through rapid iteration, launch, and post-launch growth
  • Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and AI-assisted product development using tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Glean, Replit, and MCP-enabled workflows
  • Experience building or managing B2B ERP, CRM, system-of-record software solutions
  • Understanding of AEC proposal development processes and compliance-sensitive software environments, including AI governance and regulatory considerations

Our Values

  • We are a Team. Employees, customers, and partners working together.
  • We are Customer-Focused. Customers are the heart of everything we do.
  • We are Driven. Seeking exceptional outcomes.
  • We Own our Success. Every employee has a stake in our company.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
