Senior Product Manager (GovCon ERP)

Anywhere in the United States

Shape the future of AI-powered ERP for Government Contractors (GovCon)! We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and AI-assisted execution to define the next generation of capabilities across Unanet's GovCon ERP platform.

This is a builder role, not a traditional backlog management position. Partnering closely with Product Management, UX, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams, you'll own the journey from problem framing through product delivery—translating customer and market insights into clear product intent, high-quality PRDs, AI-enabled workflows, and differentiated solutions that solve meaningful customer problems.

Success will be measured by outcomes: delivering capabilities customers love, accelerating adoption, and strengthening Unanet's leadership in the GovCon ERP market.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate strategy and research into actionable requirements using the jobs-to-be-done framework to prioritize the workflows that matter most for GovCon customers
  • AI-assisted product development through multi-agent workflows, rapid iteration, and clear quality review with fast decision-making in a fusion delivery model where framing, PRD development, prototyping, and iteration happen at speed alongside development
  • Develop and drive a forward-looking roadmap for AI-first GovCon ERP capabilities that strengthen Unanet’s long-term moat in GovCon through vertical data, workflow depth, and compliance
  • Track competitive and market developments in GovCon and feed that insight back into roadmap, positioning, and moat-building decisions
  • Strong cross-functional communication, collaboration and execution promoting launch readiness and post-launch learning and expansion
  • Define success metrics, evaluation approaches, and feedback loops for LLM- and agent-driven experiences, including human-in-the-loop validation where needed
  • Own your domain, presenting information and responding to questions from internal and external stakeholders
  • Help evolve how Product works in an AI-first organization modeling strong use of AI in day-to-day work

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience
  • 3+ years of Government Contracting (GovCon) industry experience, or deep experience building software solutions for GovCon customers
  • Demonstrated success operating in a hyper-Agile and AI-accelerated product development environment, turning customer and market insights into clear product requirements, prototypes, and launch-ready solutions
  • Experience designing or shaping agentic workflows, LLM-powered experiences, or AI-enabled product capabilities
  • Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to understand system architecture, data models, information retrieval methods, and data flows, while asking the right questions to translate complex technical concepts into valuable product outcomes
  • Experience using analytics and data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure business impact
  • Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI-enabled products
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business, functional, and technical requirements and drive successful product delivery
  • Highly collaborative, self-directed, accountable, and execution-oriented, with a track record of delivering high-quality products

Your Differentiators

  • Experience in a builder-led environment where speed, experimentation, iteration, and customer outcomes matter more than excessive process
  • Experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, AI-assisted requirements authoring, and modern AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Glean, Replit, MCP-connected workflows)
  • Experience building B2B ERP, Accounting, or other system-of-record software
  • Track record leading products from major launch through post-launch learning, adoption, and continuous iteration
  • Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and responsible AI considerations for software operating in compliance-sensitive GovCon environments
  • Experience building products for collaborative document workflows and/or integrating embedded payment solutions (e.g., PayFac)

Our Values

  • We are a Team. Employees, customers, and partners working together.
  • We are Customer-Focused. Customers are the heart of everything we do.
  • We are Driven. Seeking exceptional outcomes.
  • We Own our Success. Every employee has a stake in our company.

The salary range for this opportunity is $132,900 - $150,075 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as well as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time. You will further be eligible to participate in Unanet's employee benefits plans and programs. For more details on Unanet's benefits offerings, please visit https://unanet.com/employee-benefits.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
