Product Operations Associate

Anywhere in the United States

We are looking for a Product Operations Associate to help strengthen how Unanet’s Product organization plans, executes, learns, and improves.

In this role, you will support the operating system of Product by bringing structure to ambiguity, improving team rhythms and workflows, maintaining strong documentation and reporting, and helping cross-functional teams move from ideas to action with greater clarity, consistency, and speed.

You will partner closely with Product Management, UX, Engineering, and customer-facing teams to support planning, alignment, decision-making, and continuous improvement across the organization.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytically minded, adaptable professional who enjoys building better ways of working, thrives in evolving environments, and actively uses AI-enabled tools to improve quality, speed, and execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Support product planning and operating processes, including roadmap reviews, intake workflows, dependency tracking, release coordination, and follow-up on key initiatives
  • Maintain and improve team processes, templates, standards, and documentation to promote consistency, visibility, and execution quality across the product organization
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Design, customer-facing teams, and other stakeholders to support alignment, decision-making, and effective execution
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and analysis that provide visibility into delivery progress, product health, adoption signals, and operational performance
  • Maintain accurate product documentation, decision logs, and internal knowledge resources so teams can move faster with stronger shared context
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or unclear workflows and recommend improvements through process refinement, standardization, automation, and AI-enabled tools
  • Use AI tools responsibly to support research, synthesis, drafting, analysis, knowledge retrieval, and workflow acceleration while validating outputs with sound judgment
  • Help identify, test, and scale practical AI use cases that improve how Product works, including meeting summarization, content drafting, workflow support, knowledge access, and lightweight automation
  • Contribute to an iterative operating model where processes evolve as the team learns, priorities shift, and new tools create better ways of working
  • Help evolve how Product works in an AI-first organization by modeling curiosity, adaptability, and strong day-to-day use of AI in support of quality and speed

Your First 90 Days

In your First 30 Days, you’ll build a strong understanding of the Product organization’s operating rhythms, planning processes, documentation standards, tooling, and cross-functional stakeholder landscape. You’ll learn how roadmap reviews, intake, release coordination, reporting, and knowledge management work today while identifying opportunities to improve clarity, consistency, and follow-through.

In your First 60 Days, you’ll begin taking ownership of core operating workflows and recurring processes, helping improve documentation, dashboards, reporting, and coordination across teams. You’ll support stronger visibility into product health and delivery progress while partnering with stakeholders to refine team processes and reduce friction in day-to-day execution.

In your First 90 Days, you’ll be contributing as a trusted operator across the Product organization, helping scale practical improvements in workflows, documentation, reporting, and AI-enabled ways of working. You’ll have identified and advanced meaningful opportunities to improve operational discipline, team efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of how Product plans, executes, learns, and improves.

Who You Are

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, identify gaps, and improve team execution
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred

Your Differentiators

  • Track record operating in a builder-led environment where speed, iteration, and outcomes matter more than excessive process
  • Experience using AI-assisted workflows for drafting, synthesis, meeting preparation, knowledge retrieval, or operational execution
  • Fluency with modern product and AI-enabled tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucid, airfocus, Pendo, Power BI, and generative AI assistants
  • Experience supporting a product team through launch readiness, post-launch learning, and iterative process improvement

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
