About the role:

LeadsRx is Unbonce’s  leading multi-touch attribution platform designed to help businesses optimize their marketing efforts across digital and offline channels. We provide insights into how every marketing channel contributes to customer journeys, helping businesses maximize ROI. Our platform is used by brands across industries, and we’re on a mission to deliver data-driven marketing success.

As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Account Manager, Marketing Attribution to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between LeadsRx (Unbounce Marketing Attribution) and our clients, ensuring they extract maximum value from our attribution platform.

The Technical Account Manager, Marketing Attribution (TAM) plays a crucial role in ensuring client success by providing technical support, guiding implementation, and optimizing the use of our Marketing Attribution solutions. The TAM is the trusted advisor and go-to resource for customers, helping them overcome challenges, improve performance, and meet their marketing goals through effective use of our attribution platform.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Client Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical issues, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution.
    • Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams (engineering, product) while maintaining ownership of client communication and expectations.
  • Account Management & Strategy:
    • Build strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives.
    • Act as the trusted advisor, offering technical insights and best practices for maximizing the value of Marketing Attribution solutions.
    • Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and success metrics to ensure they achieve their goals.
  • Platform Optimization:
    • Analyze client data and usage to identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and additional services.
    • Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and potential platform enhancements.
  • Training & Education:
    • Conduct training sessions (in-person or virtual) for client teams to ensure they fully understand and utilize the Marketing Attribution platform.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support client education.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
    • Assist in scoping and implementing custom client requests in coordination with internal development teams.

 

A little about you:

  • Experience:
    • 3-5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar role, preferably within a SaaS company or marketing technology environment.
    • Hands-on experience working with digital marketing technologies, ad tech platforms, or marketing attribution tools.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of marketing data, web analytics, pixels, API integrations, and data feeds.
    • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
    • Experience with CRM systems, CDPs, marketing automation tools, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to data integration and web tracking.
  • Customer Success Skills:
    • Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • A proactive approach to solving problems and helping customers succeed.
    • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights for clients.
    • Team player who can work across departments to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
