About the role and why it’s unique:
- Support the execution of promotional and retention campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to the team.
- Use SQL to pull and analyze customer data, helping to refine retention and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with senior associates and managers to execute campaigns focused on CRM, sportsbook, and customer engagement.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of targeted campaigns, with a focus on customer retention and reactivation.
- Learn and grow within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, gaining hands-on experience in sports gaming retention.
Who you are:
- 1+ years of experience in promotions, customer engagement, or retention (preferably in gaming, sports, or tech).
- Passionate about sports and eager to learn more about the gaming industry and retention strategies.
- Comfortable with data analysis and eager to learn SQL for customer insights and campaign reporting.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to team efforts and growing within a collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a high-impact role.
Even better if you have:
- Experience with CRM platforms like Braze or Optimove.
- A basic understanding of SQL or the desire to learn it for data analysis.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, or similar.
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $59,000 and $70,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
