Accounts Payable Assistant

Nottingham

*this role is open to hybrid working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to UNiDAYS Nottingham campus at least one day per week.

The role in a nutshell

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to take responsibility for our Accounts Payable tasks and to support the Management Accounts team. The individual will also play a part in supporting the team to focus on supporting the business and adding value.

Day to day responsibilities 

  • Cash allocation
  • Invoice processing
  • Credit card statement recs and chasing for the relevant paperwork
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier reconciliations
  • Supplier payment runs
  • Expense approvals and payments
  • Treasury Dashboards
  • Assisting the Management Accounting function
  • Other Ad Hoc duties for example updating FX
  • Take responsibility for Accounts Payable
  • Support the Management Accounting team
