Interior Designer

Role Profile:

Our Zurich Design team are looking for a Creative Designer to join our rapidly growing team.  We are looking for a candidate that will lead design projects, take great pride in their work, think design is more than a job, have multiple great projects to present and excited to grow into a design leadership role. Above all, your work will transform workspaces. This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interior at Unispace. As a Designer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to workplace strategy, design, and construction. This includes creating design concepts, preparing presentations, collaborating with clients and project teams, producing detailed drawings and specifications, and monitoring project progress. The role is based in Zurich with flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities not limited to:

• Experience in projects in Switzerland/Germany
• Strong design skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit
• Strong understanding of workplace design principles and trends
• Experience in space planning, furniture selection, and material specification
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
• Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines

About you:

• 2-5 years of experience
• German mother tongue / C1 Level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Professional certification or licensure is a plus
