Senior Construction Project Manager - Life Sciences

We are looking for a Senior Construction Project manager based in the south Jersey or King of Prussia, PA area. This role will lead construction on a high priority Life Science project in Fort Washington, PA. 

What You’ll Do

  • Support our awesome projects!
  • Attend weekly construction update meetings onsite with clients
  • Coordinate and attend sub walk-throughs for Site Super, ensuring proper representation from all subs and accurate documentation of notes
  • Paperwork and process flow, using Vista (PM software)
  • Document onsite progress and proactively identify any issues
  • Update project schedules to ensure plans are on track and meet our client commitments
  • Learn and have fun
  • Pitch in wherever needed as a valued member of a cross-functional team
  • Contribute to our culture of equality, creativity and innovation; think outside the box

The Knowledge, Skills And Experience You’ll Bring

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager on construction projects
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on TI projects with full range of subcontractors
  • Experience managing and coordinating subcontractor trades
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Project and Construction Project Management software, Vista and Procore

Education And Certificates

  • BA in Construction Management or equivalent degree is preferred
  • LEED certification is a plus

Base Pay Range

$190,000 - $225,000 USD
