Why you’re here:

Are you a Commercial or Workplace Designer? Can you deliver, apply new thinking from multiple disciplines and perspectives to create unique design solutions for Unispace’s clients? 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide custom design solutions to suit our client’s strategic objectives.
  • Deliver Interior design packages including material selection, finishes and joinery. 
  • Effectively communicating with clients throughout the design phase 
  • Developing client relationships 
  • Collaborating with Delivery teams to deliver design to budget 
  • Supporting senior leaders on projects in the Sydney studio including pre-project brief sessions 
  • Ensuring alignment to culture, values and behaviours of Unispace 
  • Collaborating across disciplines, regions, studios 
  • Helping drive studio initiatives to improve design 
  • Continually enhancing depth and breadth of design skills, staying current with external market 

Your experience: 

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent in design-related discipline 
  • Commercial/ workplace design experience 
  • Proficiency in Revit 
  • Proficient in using design tools 
  • Comfortable in front of clients 
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects with tight deadlines
