Role Profile:
As Senior Associate, Client Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Unispace’s strategy to build, grow, and sustain strong client relationships across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. You will be a proactive, results-oriented professional, driving both strategic and tactical initiatives to optimise client engagement, deepen Tier 1 relationships, and accelerate commercial growth across mature and emerging markets.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Develop and implement the local Client Solutions strategy, integrating client relationship management, pursuit strategy, and business development activities across mature and growth markets.
- Drive sales performance through faster internal alignment around live opportunities, effective pursuit planning, and deeper cross-functional collaboration.
- Deepen Tier 1 client relationships, with a focus on cross-selling services and increasing share of wallet.
- Develop and utilise local client insights and analytics to continuously inform and refine the Client Solutions approach.
- Proactively track and manage the conversion of leads and the movement of prospects through all sales stages to ensure pipeline discipline and progression.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with target clients, aligned to strategic growth sectors.
- Report regularly to the Singapore Studio Lead on KPIs, pipeline health, sales performance, and client relationship metrics.
- Conduct Client Relationship Performance (CRP) analysis and provide strategic recommendations based on client feedback and satisfaction trends.
- Collaborate closely across disciplines, regions, and within the region to ensure seamless client experience and aligned pursuit efforts.
- Champion the Unispace culture, values, and behaviours across the Client Solutions function.
- Drive consistent standards, practices, and technology adoption to enhance organisational effectiveness and studio performance.
- Implement and support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in line with global and local strategies.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Sales Conversion Rate (%): Proportion of opportunities converted from pursuit to win.
- Pipeline Velocity: Speed at which leads progress through sales stages.
- Market Penetration: Growth and share in target sectors and client accounts.
- Account Growth (%): Revenue expansion within existing client accounts.
- Client Retention Rate: Percentage of repeat business and long-term engagements.
- Client Satisfaction (NPS): Net Promoter Score based on client feedback and likelihood to recommend.
- Consistency and adoption of Client Solutions tools and processes across the studio.
About You:
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience in a client-facing role, encompassing both relationship management and business development.
- Proven success in developing and managing client relationships, with a strong client-oriented approach.
- Proven experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as navigating complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of the whole sales funnel, pipeline tracking, and opportunity conversion.
- Experience in pitching and presenting to senior-level stakeholders, with confidence and strategic influence.
- Knowledge of Design & Build methodology, procurement processes, and Commercial Real Estate terminology.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to contribute to strategic direction and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
