To manage the day-to-day marketing activities across Unispace’s Americas region and support the firm’s long-term strategy by delivering impactful campaigns and initiatives that strengthen our brand, showcase our value, and drive client engagement.

What you’re responsible for:
- Collaborating closely with the Principal of Marketing to plan and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Partnering with regional sales leadership to ensure marketing objectives support key sales drivers.
- Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns via email, social media, the website, and other channels.
- Managing and maintaining digital assets to ensure consistent branding and messaging across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Using marketing tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce to build, launch, and track campaigns and measure ROI.
- Organizing and overseeing photography and videography for projects, events, and staff, including occasional travel to project sites.
- Drafting and creating project case studies to be used on website, in pursuits and promoted across digital platforms.
- Planning and executing high-quality regional events, conferences, sponsorships, and promotional efforts.
- Writing and managing award submissions for projects and staff, working closely with stakeholders.
- Supporting PR activities, including coordinating bylines, interviews, and agency engagement.
- Providing internal communication support, including content creation for campaigns and presentations.
- Tracking marketing schedules, campaigns, and reporting to ensure initiatives stay on target and deliver measurable results.
- Maintaining and managing the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost efficiency.
- Collaborating with global marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all regions.
- Maintaining schedules, calendars, and reporting to ensure marketing activities remain on track and share achievements and insights with stakeholders.

- Campaigns support lead generation, higher conversion rates, and sales success.
- Marketing materials reflect local market needs while consistently showcasing our unique value and brand identity.
- Photography, videography, and award submissions meet high standards and stay within budget.
- Events deliver ROI, reflecting the brand's message while achieving clear objectives.
- Budget adherence with all initiatives contributing meaningfully to business priorities.
- Positive teamwork, collaboration, and proactive sharing of solutions and insights across teams.
- Strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders and leadership teams to advance collective goals.
Your experience & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Clear, confident writing and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience in event management and coordinating photography and videography is preferred.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and business development strategies, and sales enablement.
- Previous experience in the A/E/C industry or professional services a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite and Salesforce.
- Understanding of budget management for marketing initiatives.
- Ability to execute and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.

Base Pay Range
$80,000 - $100,000 USD
