About the Role As a Visualisation Specialist at Unispace Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our innovative workplace strategies and designs to life through compelling visual narratives. You will collaborate closely with our strategy, design, and business development teams to create high-quality 3D renders, animations, and interactive experiences that effectively communicate our vision and value to clients. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our client presentations and proposals, helping us win new business and deliver exceptional projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Visualisation Production: Produce high-quality 3D visualisations, renders, animations, and interactive walkthroughs from architectural models and design concepts.

• Design & Strategy Support: Work closely with design and strategy teams to understand project requirements, translate complex ideas into clear visual representations, and iterate on visualisations based on feedback.

• Business Development Enhancement: Create impactful visual content for client pitches, proposals, and marketing materials, helping to articulate Unispace's unique value proposition and design capabilities.

• Software Proficiency: Utilise a range of industry-standard visualisation software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite) to deliver photorealistic and engaging outputs.

• Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of 3D models, textures, and other visualisation assets.

• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualisation, continuously seeking ways to improve quality, efficiency, and the overall visual storytelling experience.

• Collaboration: Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal teams across different disciplines and global studios.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Visualisation Specialist, 3D Artist, or similar role within the architecture, interior design, or construction industry, ideally with a focus on workplace or commercial projects.

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D renders, animations, and visualisations.

• Expert proficiency in leading visualisation software, including 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Enscape.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for post-production and graphic integration.

• Excellent understanding of architectural drawing sets, design principles, and spatial concepts.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, lighting, and material representation.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into compelling visuals.

• Knowledge of BIM workflows and their integration with visualisation processes is a plus.
