Role Profile
Senior Associate (12-Month Maternity Cover – Starting January 2026)
At Unispace, we believe every workspace should tell a story one that inspires, connects, and empowers the people within it. As a Senior Associate, Designer, you’ll help craft environments that go beyond aesthetics, spaces that reflect our clients’ unique cultures and drive their success.
You’re not just a designer; you’re a creative strategist and trusted advisor, leading projects from the first sketch to the final build. Working closely with our Business Development and Construction teams, you’ll bring ideas to life and show clients the true value of great design.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
Design with purpose: Create, refresh, and transform workplaces that balance function, beauty, and innovation — from concept to completion.
- Build lasting relationships: Partner with clients to understand their culture and needs, delivering designs that exceed expectations.
- Lead and mentor: Guide project teams and nurture the next generation of designers, ensuring exceptional design quality.
- Collaborate and connect: Work hand-in-hand with Business Development and Construction to deliver seamless project experiences.
- Deliver with excellence: Oversee detailed construction documentation, maintain design standards, and ensure compliance with local codes.
- Drive innovation: Contribute to our evolving design approach and help shape the creative DNA of Unispace.
About you
- A creative leader with 15+ years’ experience in interior design, especially across corporate interiors (law, finance, entertainment, marketing, etc.).
- Confident in client-facing roles, from pitching concepts to building long-term partnerships.
- Fluent in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong technical and detailing expertise.
- Passionate about mentorship, design excellence, and exploring new ways of working.
- Organized and proactive — you balance big-picture thinking with on-time, on-budget delivery.
- A collaborative communicator who thrives in multidisciplinary environments.
