About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic MBA Intern to join our Business Operations team for Summer 2025. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data, Product, and Engineering, to drive critical business initiatives and contribute to Uniswap’s growth. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the DeFi space while making a meaningful impact at one of the most influential companies in crypto. The internship will take place in New York City at our office in Soho during the summer of 2025

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional leadership to analyze business performance, identify opportunities for growth, and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and product development.
  • Support operational improvements by designing and implementing scalable processes.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance business insights as they relate to product planning
  • Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and key metric tracking.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as partnerships, new market expansion, and ecosystem development.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA.
  • 2+ years of prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, tech, or fintech.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for Web3, DeFi, and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in crypto, blockchain, or financial services is a plus but not required.

Hourly rate of $70. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law.
