We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join Translation!
What You'll Do
- Effectively support assigned accounts with the primary goal of establishing strong client partnerships in pursuit of achieving set objectives.
- Be a trusted partner across all internal departments to help us develop impactful and ground-breaking ideas and work.
- Drive internal and external communications (written, virtual, in person) across the account in a clear, comprehensive and concise manner.
- Drive relationships with inter-agency partners in support of client assignments and needs.
- Make certain the agency’s presentation support materials are consistent with clients’ expectations and internal standard of the agency’s quality.
- Research and remain in touch with all matters and news as it pertains to clients and their respective industries and audiences; be conversant in their key issues, competitive situation, industry trends, and the projects assigned the agency as well as other communication partners.
- Maintains accurate records of client conference reports, action items, and expenditures.
- Regularly report the status of overall account and individual assignment to internal, partner agency, and client stakeholders on a daily basis.
- Understand and support Business Lead on financial management of account/s.
- Contribute to a working environment that encourages and supports a positive mindset about the work as well as the client and agency staff that is involved

Minimum Qualifications
- 0-2 years of agency or allied communications industry experience that ensures your general understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, public relations, research, agency finance, etc. Internships applicable.
- Go-getter, proactive attitude.

Salary Hiring Range: $26.00-$28.00/hour
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide (e.g. bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, etc.)
Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
The salary range above is for the NY/CA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
