We are seeking an Account Executive to support an exciting new account. This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week in our Brooklyn office, with 2 days remote.
What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. You’ll collaborate across internal teams, external partners, and clients to deliver high-quality work that aligns with strategic objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and think proactively will contribute to the success of both our agency and the brands we serve.
- Serve as a dedicated support partner on assigned accounts, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring objectives are met.
- Collaborate across internal teams to develop and execute innovative, high-impact advertising strategies.
- Manage clear, concise, and effective communication across all channels—written, virtual, and in-person—both internally and externally.
- Cultivate relationships with inter-agency partners to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of client initiatives.
- Oversee the development of presentation materials, ensuring they align with client expectations and uphold the agency’s standards of excellence.
- Provide proactive recommendations and strategic insights to support both clients and Business Leads in decision-making.
- Stay informed on client industries, competitive landscapes, market trends, and audience behaviors to drive relevant and informed contributions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, action items, and budget expenditures.
- Deliver timely updates on account performance and project status to internal teams, partner agencies, and client stakeholders.
- Support the Business Lead in financial management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of budgets and expenditures.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that values creativity, strategic thinking, and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of agency or allied communications industry experience that ensures your general understanding of advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, public relations, research, agency finance, etc.
- Familiarity and experience with lifecycle of a creative campaign for a wide swath of expected deliverables.
- Go-getter, proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with cross-functional agency partners (leading calls, driving workstreams forward)
- Experience interfacing directly with mid-level clients
- Experience with cultural marketing

Salary Hiring Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide (e.g. bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, etc.)
Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
The salary range above is for the NY/CA. As a company, we have a location based strategy, which means the salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired in another location.
