Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations
Position Summary
The Manager of Talent Acquisition will manage the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team at UVVC. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of Talent Partners, driving recruitment strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational excellence in meeting the organization’s diverse hiring needs across physician, clinical, and corporate roles. The Manager will report directly to the Head of Talent and play a critical role in scaling UVVC’s workforce as the organization continues its rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Talent to design and execute scalable recruitment strategies aligned with UVVC’s growth and expansion plans.
- Lead, coach, and develop assigned Talent Acquisition staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes across physician, clinical, and corporate roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develop and coach creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive healthcare markets.
- Establish, monitor, and report on recruitment KPIs and SLAs, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing channel effectiveness, and recruiter productivity; problem-solve and coach assigned team on closing any gaps
- Manage recruiting operations and technology, including ATS optimization, reporting dashboards, and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare employment laws, credentialing requirements, and organizational policies.
- Oversee vendor relationships (e.g., job boards, sourcing platforms, agencies), track and optimize ROI across sourcing platforms.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the Head of Talent and executive leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience leading a recruitment or TA team.
- Healthcare industry experience is required, preferably in physician, clinical, or multi-state healthcare recruiting.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful recruiting operations, including process design, systems, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and present actionable insights.
- Experience managing KPIs and holding teams accountable to SLAs.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and partnership with senior leadership.
- Expert proficiency with Greenhouse ATS platform required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Expert salary/contract negotiation skills and proven ability to successfully close candidates.
